Via Christi Hospital St. Joseph ER and trauma

Via Christi Hospital St. Joseph emergency room is staffed 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.

Emergency room services are provided  by board-certified emergency medicine physicians and advanced cardiac life support certified nurses.

Come to the ER if you have:

  • Severe pain or injury
  • Bleeding
  • Burns
  • Chest pain
  • Dislocation
  • Foreign objects in the eye
  • Head or spinal injuries
  • Loss of consciousness
  • Overdoses
  • Poisoning
  • Post-operative problems
  • Pregnancy problems
  • Seizures
  • Severe allergic reaction
  • Severe asthma or shortness of breath
  • Stroke or stroke-like symptoms
