Urgent - Those who are in stable condition, but need help as soon as possible
Non-urgent - Those who are in stable condition, requiring medical screening or minimal medical instruction.

Patients who require additional, more advanced care will be transported to Ascension Via Christi Hopsital in Pittsburg or another nearby hospital that can provide the level of care the patient needs.
