Lee Silverman Voice Treatment

The Lee Silverman Voice Treatment (LSVT) program is a specialty program offered by Via Christi for individuals with:

  •  Parkinson's disease
  •  Multiple sclerosis
  •  Some types of stroke

LSVT improves clarity of speech and vocal loudness using a cognitively simple approach. Program staff are certified through LSVT to work with patients with these specific conditions to produce optimal results.

Speech Therapy Staff

With graduate-level training in speech and language pathology, our speech pathologists have experience in inpatient care, outpatient therapy, home health, and skilled nursing facility settings. We work with everyone from pediatric patients, to nursing home residents, to soldiers with traumatic brain injuries (TBI) — all with the goal of making communication easier.
