Along with the rest of the nation, Via Christi will be transitioning from ICD-9 to ICD-10 coding system on Oct. 1, 2015.
To address potential issues and make the conversion as smooth as possible, the Via Christi command center will be open around the clock from Sept. 30 through Oct. 2; and from 7 am to 7 pm Oct. 2 until Oct. 9, or as necessary.
All associates and providers should call their established Information Services (IS) Service Desk numbers to report any ICD-10 related issues:

Callers will be prompted to press 9, then will be transferred to the ICD-10 command center. Issues will be logged and subject matter experts will be assigned to resolve the concerns.
