The Via Christi Foundation will partner with Freddy's Frozen Custard & Steakburgers and Panera Bread to host its 35th annual Charity Classic Golf Tournament on Friday, Sept. 18 at Crestview Country Club — for which the proceeds will go to the Cancer Wellness Program at Via Christi.
Since the inception of the Charity Classic, adults and children alike have benefitted from the $4.5 million raised in support of Via Christi.
The chair of the 2015 tournament is Mike King, of Midwest Single Source. Freddy Simon, co-founder and namesake of Freddy's Frozen Custard & Steakburgers, is the honorary chair.
The tournament will begin with morning play at 7:30 a.m. and afternoon play at 1:15 p.m. The entry fee is $500 per person and includes a 7 a.m. breakfast, lunch following morning play and dinner following afternoon play. Morning awards will be presented at lunch. Evening awards will be presented at dinner.
