Faculty member at University of Kansas School of Medicine-Wichita
Hometown: Lawrence, Kansas.
First job: Building fences.
Why I chose family medicine: It was the most interesting of my rotations. There's always something new and fresh and I really enjoy the opportunity to develop relationships with my patients.
Volunteer activities: Coaching sporting activities for my sons: Basketball, baseball and flag football.
Ten years from now I'd like to be: Happily working at Via Christi Clinic in Andover with the same great staff.
Best advice for patients: The same advice your mom gave you: Eat healthy, exercise regularly and get enough sleep.
